At Special Guests Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans once they have been shipped. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt.

Review Your Order

Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival to ensure all items are correct and the packaging is intact.

Contact Support

Email our guest services team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to initiate a claim.

Receive Authorization

For non-perishable hardware or gear, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected or your coffee quality claim is validated, we will issue a full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
